3?H?REAS, more than ten owners of real property within
that portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, herein -
atter described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps
toward the making, of local improvements therein by forming the
territory hereinafter described into an improvement district for
the purposes hereinafter set out:

CITY OF LI TTL_ ROCK:
S CTION 1: That said Street Improvement District
No. 394 of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby
created and established for the purpose of making local improve-
ments therein by grading, drainr_g, curbing; guttering and gravel-
ing'. in such manner and ,,vith such materials as the commissioners
of said District shall determine to be for the best interests of
the district, the following streets:
Park Avenue from its intersection with the south -pro-
perty line of Test 22nd Street, produced nest across
Park Avenue, to the north property line of West 26th
Street.
Howard Str: =yet from the north property line of 17est 23rd
Street to the north property line of Test 26th Street.
!'test 23rd and Test 24th Streets, respectively, from the
east property line of Howard Street to the west property
line of Park Avenue and from the east =operty line _01.
Park Avenue to the west property line of Schiller Avenue.
Bertram Street from the east prope$ty line of Howard
Street to the west property line of Park Avenue.
7est 25th Street from the east property line of Howard
Street to the center line of Summit Avenue.
Summit Avenue from the south pr o oerty line of 7e st
25th Street to the north nroperty line of 'lest
26th Street,
all in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in accordance with an
Act of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas, entitled
"An Act to Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First
Class ", approved I,iarch 22, 1881, and amendments theretol that
the boundaries of said district shall include the following pro -
perty:
Lots 6 to 19 inclusive of Block 17; Lots 120 13
and 14 of Block 18; Lots 12 to 22 inclusive of
Blocks 23, 26 and 31; all of Blocks 24, 25 and
321- all in Howard Adams' Addition;
All of Block 1 and Lots 1 to 6 inclusive, of Block
2 in Id. F. Ri ffel's Addition;
Lots 4 to 12 inclusive of Block 7, all of Block 8;
Lots 6 to 11 inclusive, of Block 10; Lots 1, 29, 3
and 6 to 16 inclusive of Block 11, all in 0. F.
Sheldon's Addition.
Lots 1 to 6 inclusive of Block 2; Lots 19 2, 3 and
7 to 12 inclusive of Block 3 and all pf Block 4, in
McCarthy's Addition.
SECTION 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the
City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from the date of
its passage to ?-)ubli.sh the same in some newspaper published in
the City of Little Rock for one insertion.
