FIRE HYDRA TTS AT U AND TAYLE R STREETS A10 At LENOt AND IU.56ACHUSETTS
STREETS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
Be IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY 0OUPCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
Section 1. The Arkansaw eater Company is erecting a standpipe
north of Lenon Street at the intersection of Pierce Street and
will connect same to its present system in the Pulaski heights
District, and as the property in this vicinity has never had
fire protection, the Arkansaw dater Company is hereby ordered
and directed to install fire hydrants on their lines at the
following locations:
Northwest corner of U and Taylor Streets.
Southeast corner of Lenon and Massachusetts Streets.
Section 2. These hydrants are ordered in accordance with
Section 8 of Ordinance No. 3290, passed August 13, 1923, and as
amended by Ordinance �o. 3443, passed :.:arch 24, 1924.
Section 3. That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they conflict
with this ordinance.
This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
