Section 1. That Sec 4, of Ordinance ?To. 3518 be repealed.
Section 2. That Section 17 Ordinance rTo. 3518 be amended
to read as fo-11ows: Section 17. BOITL'�VARDS. "he following
streets are hereby designated as boulevards. (1) Broadway, between
E Yjarki.ar.i and Twenty-third Streets. (2) Fo �rteen , Street fr o f ain

Section 3. That Section 50 of Ordinance ?To. 3518 be amended
