AN ORDINANCE A _20111RIATING THE SU.1 OF �315.E0 TO ASSIST
IN T-1- .'URCHASE OF FOUR 38X7 CORD TIRES FOR THE FIRE DE-
PARTTIENT, AIM FOR OTF.R 1-URPOSES.
BE IT ORLAINED BY THE. CITY 09,11CIL OF TIE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK:
SECTIOJd 1. That the Su.-n of $315.20, or as much
thereof as may be necessary,-.is hereby appropriated out of
any moneys in the ganeral revenue fund not otherwise ap-
propriated to assist in the purchase of four 38X7 cord tires
for :kkw fire appratus, allowance of ftO.80 being made by
the 555 Tire & 6erviee Company for the four old casings
which have been in use for three, and one -half years and
which are dangerous to uermit to remain on the fire ap-
pratus.
SECTION 2. That the I.Tayor and City Clerk are
hereby a.uthori�ged to execute the city's warrant made payable
to the 555 Tire & service Company in the above sum with such
maturity as in their judgment is to the best interest of
the city.
SECtION 3. This ordinance shall be in effect
from and after its passage.
