SECTION 1 That the owners of properly on the east

be and the same are herhy permitted to lay a concrete side-
wal!c four feet wide; provided same is done under the super-
vision of the City Engineer.
SECTIO14T S All ordinances and Darts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they
affect this ordinance, and this ordinance shall take effect
from and after its -passage.
