Section 1. What the sum of Twelve H,_ndred and Seventy -five Dollars,
or as much thereof as may be necessary, be, and the same ie hereby
appropriated, out of the fund$, for the purc�Ase
of one Fordson Tractor, together with extra w eels and a trailer, -for
use in the Street Department.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authc' ized and
directed to draw the City's warrant or warrants of such dates and
maturities as they may deem to be for the best enterests of the city.
The said warrant or warrants to be made payable to the Shoemaker- Bale
Auto Company, the lowest bidders.
Section 3. This ordina ice to be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
