Section 1. That Section 35 o� Ordinance: 3518 be and the same
is hereb-I, araended by adding thereto tale following- All vehicles
parking on Capitol Avenue between Scott and Spring Streets Shall be
parked at an angle of 45 degrees to the curb, facing a southeasterly
direction on the south side of tine street, and in a northwesterly
direction on the north side of the street. It shale be unlawful to
park any vehicle on Capitol avenue between Scott and Spring Streets
except in the parking spacers marked frith tirhite lines of paint, each
space to be eight feet wide, extending, from the curb the approxi::_ate
length of an automobile."
Section 2, All ordinances and -parts of ordinances insofar only
as they conflict herewith are hereby -repealed and this ordina .ce shall
take effect and be in force fxor :1 and after its passage.
