BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,

S7TECTION 11 That the Union Trust Company is hereby authorized
to erect and construct a frame addition, which is also a -replacement
of the present frame porch on the rear of said building, located on
part of Lots, 11 and 12, Block 140, City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
on the South -west corner of IYiarkham and State streets. The said
addition shall not exceed in width or depth the present size of the
porch which it is to replace.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances are
hereby repealed only in so far as they conflict with the erecticn of
this addition at this location.
