5REAS, more than ten owners of real property within
that portion of the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council to take
steps toward the making of local i n�orovements therein by forming
the territory hereinafter described into an imi,)rove pent district
for the purpose hereinafter set out:

S �CTI ON 1: That Sever Im- :)rovement District No.
of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby created
and established for the purpose of making local i provements
therein by building a sanitary sewer system with the necessary
laterals to serve said property and to provide an outlet for said
system and to construct such disposal ?plants as, in the judgment
of the commissioners may be deemed necessary, such plants to be
located bay)nd the limits of the district, if they deem advantag-
eous, all to be done in such manner and with such materials as
the commissioners of said district shall determine to be for the
best interests of the district, in accordance with an act of the
General As embly of the State of Arkansas entitled, "An Act to
Regulate Local Improvements in cities of the first class ", approved
March 22nd, 1881 and amendments thereto; that the boundaries of
said district shall include the folio•• ^ing portion of the 1`ity of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, to -rit;
All of Newton Addition to the Town of Pulaski
Heights, Dow a cart of the City of Little Rock.

S 3C TI ON 2: That all ordinances and oar is of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,
and the City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from
date of its passage to publish the same in some ne- ,7spaper pub-
lished in the City of Little Rock for one insertion.
