BE IT ORDAII ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIVE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS;
Section 1. That the sum of Thirty-seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars,
be and the same is hereby a- opropriated out of the Ft,nd�
for the purpose of the purchase of approximately 12,500 feet of se. -ier
f' pipe, to be used in the construction of a sewer, to serve the New City
Park.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to draw the City's warrant or warrants of such dates and maturities
as they may deem to be for the best interests of the city, said
warrants to be made payable to the Texarkana ripe Company, the lowest
bidders.
Section 3. This ordinance to be in full force and effect from and
after its passage,
