the assessment list for said Improvement District as the
same now remains in the office of t- e amity U1erk of the
City of Little -{ock, Arkansas, and as the same rmy be
annually re- adjusted by the 3caro, of �Issessors, and that
five (5) percentum of said assessment of the value of
the benefits on each of said blocks, lots, parcels and
other sub- divisions of land shall be paid annually on
or before the first dad: of Octobe. of each yel-x until
the whole of said assessment shall rave been jDaid. The
first annual payr..ent shall be rx de on or before the
first day of October, 1924.
Section. 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances in coil- lict here�,ritil are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
