W'HFR AS, more than ten o-:,ners of real property
within that portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council to take
,steps tovard the making of local improvements therein by forming
the territory hereinafter described into an improvement district
for the purpose hereinafter set out.

S CTI0N 1: That said Street Improvement District
No. 394 of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby
created and established for the purpose of making local i- nprove-
ments therein by grading, draining, curbing, guttering and gravel-
ing in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners of
said District shall determine to be for the best interests of the
district, the following streets:
Park Avenue from its intersection with the south
property line of 77est 22nd Street, produced vest
across Park Avenue, to the north property line of
Teest 26th Street;
Ho:—ard Street from the north property lane of 'Test
23rd Street to the north property line of 'hest 26th
Street;
West 23rd and W7est 24th Streets,
the east property line of Howard
property line of Park Avenue and
perty line of Park Avenue to the

"An Act to Regulate Tocal Improvements in Cities of the .First
Class ", approved 11arch 22, 1881, and amendments thereto; that
the boundaries of said di:,trict shall include the following pro-
perty:
Lots 6 to 19 inclusive of Block_ 17; Lo is 129 13
and 14 of Block 18; Lots 12 to 22 inclusive of
Blocks 23, 26and 31; all if Blocks 24, 25 and
32, all in Howard Adams' Addition;
All of Block 1 and Lots 1 to 6 inclusive, of
Block L in IT. F. Riffel's Addition;
Lots 4 to 12 inclusive of '91ock 7; all of Block
8; Lots 6 to 11 inclusive of Block 10; Lots 1,
21, 3 and 6 to 16 inclusive of Block 11, all in
0. F. Sheldon's addition;
Dots 1 to 6 inclusive of Block 2; Lots 1, 20 3
and 7 to 12 inclusive of Block 3 and all of Block
4, in McCar thy' s ,Iddi ti on.
S3CTIOTT 2: That all ordinances and -parts of ordinances
in conflict he rwai th are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,
and the City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from
the date of its passage to publish the same in some ne,. ,7spaper
published in the City of Little Rock for one insertion.
