SECTION 1. No vehicle shall be operated or moved on any paved
slLreet in the city of Little Rock when the total wei ;ht, including the
weight of vehicle and load, exceeds twenty -two thousand pounds when such
vehicle is equipped with two axles; or having a total weight, including

vehicle and load, of ttiventy- ei7rht� pounds, v,.-hen said vehicle is equipped
with six wheels and three axles and when front and rear axles are rot less
than ninety -six inches apart, or with ei,,ht wheels and four axles when the
second and third axles are not less than ninety -six inches apart.
SECTION 2. For vehicles other than motor vehicles the gross weight
on any wheel shall not exceed that given in the table below:

On the rear axles of motor vehicles, three- fourths of theN gross
weight of a motor truck or trailer, and of its load, must be :it tie limit

the immediate unloading
of
such part of the load
that will
bring the
gross

of these rules and,regulations,

violating
the provisions
of this
ordinance shall be deemed to have coy witted
a misdemeanor

in uhznicipal Court shall be fined
