No vehicle shall be operated or moved on any paved slLreet in the city of Little Rock when the total wei ;ht, including the weight of vehicle and load, exceeds twenty -two thousand pounds when such vehicle is equipped with two axles; or having a total weight, including k54t.A vehicle and load, of ttiventy- ei7rht� pounds, v,.-hen said vehicle is equipped with six wheels and three axles and when front and rear axles are rot less than ninety -six inches apart, or with ei,,ht wheels and four axles when the second and third axles are not less than ninety -six inches apart. SECTION 2.
