BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SECTION 1. That the Arkansas Central Power Company is hereby
authorized to pave with concrete that portion of High Street between the north line
of 21st Street and the south line of 24th Street emb-racedwithin its rails and two
feet outside thereof*
Section 2. Any ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
