AN ORDINAtICE TO PROHIBIT THE 00-�'STRUCTION OR OPERATION
OF A P?'ELId GARAGE OR AUTOMOBILE REPAIR SHOP WITHIN 250 FEET OF A
CHURCH BUILDING, SCHOOL OR HOSPITAL, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAIIIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL QF THE CITY OF LITTLE :ROCK:
SECTION 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person.,
firm or corporation to build, erect, construct, maintain or operate
a public garage or automobile repair shop within 250 feet of any
church or any building used for church purposes, or school or hos-
vital.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall not be construed to
interfere with the operation of any public garage or automobile re-
pair shor now in onerat ion.
SECTION 3. Any person, firm or corporation violating
this ordinance or any provision thereof shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor, and upon conviction in municipal court shall be fined
in the sum of $25.00, and each day's violation of this ordinance
shall constitute a se- oarate offense.
SECTION 4. All ordinances or -oarts of ordinances in
conflict her_with are hereby.repealed only insofar as they conf lict
with this ordinance, and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
