3616ORDINANCE NO. i Ordinance Levying An Aases3ment of Benefits to Be Reteived On the Blooms, Lots and Parcels of Land, Located in Street Improvement District Number Three Hundred.. Fifty -four (3254) of the City of Little Rook, Axk��.nsas. Whereas, the majority in value of the property owners owning property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated in Street Improvemegnt District Number Three Hundred Witty -four (354) of the olty of Little Rook, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of grading, draining, ourbing, guttering °snci paving with Asphaltic Concrete, Concrete, Warrenite- Bitulithio or any other material which the commissioners may deem best the following streets: Chester Street from the south property line of nest Twentieth Street to the north property line of Vest Twenty- eighth M20tN t Street, excepting the interse;otions heretofore paved, have petitioned. the Council of the City of Little Rook, Arkansas for the construction of said improvement -�.nd th'i.t the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property of said District according to benefits received: and, Whereas said benefits receive, by each an!'! every block, lot :end parcel o real property situated in said District equals or exceeds the loo:al assessment thereon; ' --Aid, Whereas the estimated co -�t of said improvement is the sure of forty- eight thousand, f ve hundred sixteen dollars and sixty oents (48, 516.60) : Therefore, It Is Nov Ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rook, Arkansas: Section 1. That said sever %l blocks, lots and parcels of real property in sald District be assessed according to the assessment listfor said Improvement District as the same now remains in the office of the Recorder or City Clerk, and that sic (6) percentum on each of said bbbeks, lots and parcels shall be paid for the first annual assessment on or before theeighteenth day of September, 1924 and that six (6) percentum on each of said blocks, lots and parcels of land shall be paid for the second annuU assessment on or before the ninth day of July, 1925, and that six (6) Per o �hc- i,ci b i e, lots and parcels sh�►I1 be paid 3 n each and every succeeding year thereafter until the total of ninety (90) per centum of said asse:;asrent shall h,oave been paid.
