a contract with the Board of Public Affairs in accordance
with the above provision, Now Therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE: CITY COUNCIL OF TTY: CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. The Ar Lansaw plater Company is hereby
ordered and directed to install an 118" line in Crestwood Drive
from the "8" main in the Prospect Treeace Addition eastward
to Beech Street and to install standard Ludlow Fire Hydrants
at the following locations.
Southeast corner of Creatwood Drive & Prospect Ave-9
Crestwood Drive opposite 11onroe Street.
Crestwood Drive opposite Spruce Street.
Crestwood Drive opposite Beech Street.
SECTION 2. This extension and hydrraats are ordered
in accordance with Section 8 of Ordinance Uo. 3290, passed
Augast 13, 1923, and as amended by Ordinance 3442, passed
12arch 24, 1924.

SECTIO l 3. The Mayor and Board of Public Affairs
are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with the
Southern Trust Company in accord -.nce with the, provisions
as recited above.
SECTION 4. That all ordinances, or harts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only
insofar as they conflict with this ordinance.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
