WH3R3A3, a majority in value of the owners of real pro-
party owning real property adjoining the locality to be affected

and situated within Sewer/listrict No. 99 of the City of Little
Rock, Aransas, organized for the purpose of making local im-
provements therein by building a sanitary seder system with nec-
essary laterals to serve the property within said district and
to provide an outlet for said system, and to construct such dis-
posal plants as in the judgment of the commissioners may be
deemed necessary, such plants to be located beyond the limits
of the district if they deem advantageous, all to be done in
such manner and with such materials a-- the commissioners of the
said district shall determine to be for the best interests of the
district, have petitioned the City Council of the City of Little
Rock for the construction of said improvement, and that the cost
t ereof shall be assessed upon the real property within said dis-
trict according to the benefits received; and

block or other subdivision of real property situated o,ithin sd d
district equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and

T 3Ri.FOR IT IS N)W ORDAIN` D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LTTTL;: ROCK, ARKANSAS:
a;10 TI ON 1: That the said several lots, blocks or other sub-
divisions of real property within said Sewer Improvement District
No. 99 be, and they ar,� hereby assessed according to the assessment
list for said improvement district as the same now remains in the
Office of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, and as the

same may be annually readjusted by the Board of Assessors and
that 8 par centum of said assessment of It
the value of the benefits of each of said lots, blocks or other
sub - divisions of real property in said district, shall be maid
annually on or before the 15th day of October of each year until
the v7hole of said assessment shall have been paid. The first
annual payment shall be made on or before the 15th day of
October, 1924,
S__JM TI OTT 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordi-
nance shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age .
