3797 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the majority in value of the :�fected erty
holders owning property adjoining the locality to be
and situated in District No.379, organized for the purpose of
making local improvements thereon by grading, draining, curbing,
guttering and paving Thayer Street from the South line of
Markham Street, thence South for a distance of 860 feet,
Fountain Street from the south line of i,iarkham Street, thence
south for a distance of 575 feet, Grove Circle from the east
curb line of Thayer, thence ~Nest 498.5 feet to the Jest curb
line of Fountain Ave., have -petitioned the Council of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the construction of said improve-
ment, and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the
real property of said. district according to the benefits re-
ceived, and,
WHEREAS, the said benefits received by each
and every block, lot and parcel of real property situated in
said district equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon;
and,
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improve-
ment is
THEREFORE, it is now ordained by the City
Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;- hat said several
blocks, lots and parcels of real property in said district, be
assessed according to the assessment list for said improvement
district as same now remains in the office of the Recorder,
or City Clerk, and that __Z__?ercentum on each of said blocks,
lots and_ arcels sh 1 be paid annually on or before the
day o� until the whole of said local assess-
ment shall be Daid.
