3634\ ORDINANCE NO. T�T AN ORDINAZCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF THE BENEFITS TO BE RECEIVED BY THE OWNERS OF EACH OF TND] SEVERAL BLOCKS, LOTS, PARCELS AIM OTHER SUB - DIVISIONS OF LAND WITHIN STREET IMPROVLIENT DISTRICT NUMBER 390 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. WHEREAS, a majority in value of the property owners owning property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated within Street Improvement District Number 390 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of making local improvements therein by grading, draining, curbing, guttering and paving in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners of said district shall determine to be for the best interests of the district, on the streets as set out in their petition, having petitioned the City Council of Little nock nor the construction of the improvement and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real pro- perty within said district, according to the benefits received; and, WHEREAS, said benefits received by each and every block, lot, parcel and other sub - division of real pro- perty situated within said district equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and, VMREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is Sixteen Thousand, Five Hundred Five Dollars and Fifty Cents (16,505.50); THEREFORE, it is now ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas: Section 1. That the several blocks, lots, parcels and other sub - divisions of real property within said Street Improvement District Number 390 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be, and they are hereby assessed according to An M the assessment list for said improvement district as the same now remains in the office of the Uity clerk in the City of Little dock, Arkansas, and as the same may be annually re- adjusted by the Hoard of Assessors, and that ten per centum (1061o') of said assessment of the value of the benefits on each of said blocks, lots, parcels and oth:r sub- divisions of land shall be paid on or before the first dad of January of each year un- til the whole of said assessment shall have been paid. The first annual payment shall be made on or before the first day of January, 1925• Section 2• That all ordinances or parts of ordi- nances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
