3673ORDINANCF NO. 3673 An Ordinance Assessing the Value of Benefits to be Received by the Owners of Each of the Several Lots, Blocks or Other Subdivisions of Land Within Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Improvement District No. 393 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. Whereas, a majority in value of the owners of realproperty own- ing real property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated within Sidewalk, Curb and Gutter Improvement District No. 393 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of making local improvements therein by grading, draining, curbing, guttering, and paving in such manner and with such materials as the commission- ers of said district shall determine to be for the best interests of the district, the sidewalks set out in their petition, hive petitioned the City Coulicil of the City of Little Rock., Arkansas, for the con- struction of said improvements and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property in sail district according; to the benefits received; and, Whereas, Sail benefits received by each and every lot, block, and other subdivision of real property situated in said district equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and, Whereas, the estimated cost of the improvements is 87862.12; now therefore be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Little Rocs., Arkansas: Section I. That the said several lots, blocks and other subdivisions of real property within said sideivalk,:_curb and gutter improvement District No. 393 be, and they are hereby assessed according to the assessment list for said district as the sane now remains in the of- fice of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, art': as the same may be annually re- adjusted by the board of assessors, and that ten (10) percent of said assessment of the value of benefits of each of said lots, blocks or other subdivision of real property in said dis- /0 —iC trict shall be paid annually.on or before the € day of January of each year until the whole of said assessment shall have been paid. The first annual payment shall be made on or before the first day of January, 1925. I I I 3 Section 2.
