BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T19, CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARIAISAS:
SECTION 1. That any person who shall accidentally,
or otherwise, disturb, misplace, injure or destory any hydrant of
the Arkansaw .pater Company, its successors or assigns, located
within the streets or alleys of the City of Little Rock, shall in e-
diately report such fact to the Chief of the Fire Departrient of the
City of Little Rock, and upon failure so to do shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction in the Municipal Court, stall be
fired in any sum of not less than twenty -five Dollars ('--25.00)
nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00).
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and
take effect from and after its passage.
