Section 1. That the sum of 4300.00 be and the same is herF:by
appropriated out of any moneys in the general revenue fund not
otherwise appropriated for the purpose of paying the funeral ex-
penses of patrolman Harvey Bi7gs and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to draw the city's warrant for the sm of
•300.00 tAde payable to T. T. Biggs and at such maturity as in
their discretion is fob the bests interests of the cite.
Section ?. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage.
