ROCK : -
SECITION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs be and it is
hereby =authorized to enter into a contract with the Cole
Brothers Circus to winter in the New City F91AX -Park during
the winter of 1924 -25.
SECTION 2. Said contract and agraement shall contain the
following conditions -the Cole Brothers Circus to use the'
park grounds, and also the buildings upon maAnge ne eessar`
arrangements with the Arkansas State Fair Association, they
to also ma m necessary arra.ngem ;nts with the Missouri
Pacific Railroad Company for storage of cars on that companYfs
tracks,the show company not to be required to pay for this
privilege but shall care for and feed its animals,pay for all
water, gas and electric current used by it,and to at all times
have their cages of lions, tigers, monkeys, camels, elephants
ponies ,etc, so arranged that the public may see them without
charge.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force from and
after its yoassage.
