Now, therefore, be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, nrk.:
Section 1. That Sidewalk Improvement District Ilo. 410 of the
City of Little Rock, Ark., be and the same is hereby created,
laid out and established for the purpose of constructing concrete
sidewalks and doing- the necessary grading, excavating and,, fffling
therefor, upon each side of Ilorth Harrison, North Tyler and Ilorth
-Polk °streets from the South side of L street to t };e North side of
I street and on the ]North side of I street and on each side of J
{ and � streets algid on the South side of L street from om Prospect
avenue to ;,orth Polk street; the work to be done of such mater-
ials as the Commissioners (to be hereafter selected) may deem

best, in accordance with an Act of the ^eneral «ssembly of the
State of Arkansas, entitled: "An Act to Regulate the I:Fanner of
Assessing Real property for Local Improvements in Cities of
the First zral - � Class," approved :.'arch 22, 1881, and amend-
ments thereto.
Sec. 2. That the district hereby c-re:ited, laid out and estab-
lished, shall include the following described real property, to -Wit:
Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,j0,11 and 12 in Block 1: Lots 1,2,3,4,5,

Sec. 3. That € ll ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its pa---sage and publi-
cation, and the city clerk is hereby ordered within 20 days from
the passage of this ordinance to publish same in some newspaper
of general circulat ion in the City of little Pock, Ark., for one
insert I on.
