SECTION 1. That the sum of 02,700.00, or as much
thereof as may be necessary is herebyy appropriated out of
any money of- moneys in the general revenue fund not
otherwise expended for the nurchgse of one Type @,Single
Tank Combination Chemical and Hose "lay, American TaFrance
Make for use by the City of Little Rock Fire De-partment,
and the M nor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to issue the city's warrant or warrants in the
sum total of $2,700.00 with such maturity or maturities

of the city.
SECTION 2. That this apparatus be placed in the Fair
Park Fire Station,whieh is hereby made -anal declared a
regular and permanent station of the Little Rock Fir e

SECTION 3. All ordinances or ports of ordinances in
