An Ordinance Assessing the Value of the Benefits To Be Received

adjoining the locality to be affected and situated i.ithin Sewer
Improver:ient District No.95, organized for the purpose of making
local improvements- therein by building a selrer system therein and
T proper connection of the same . -vJ th an existing city sewer or
other proper outlet and the going of any ,, ork necessary or incidental
thereto, have petitioned the City Council of Little Dock for the
construction of said improvement and that the cost thereof shall
be assessed upon the real property within said district according
to the benefits received; and
'jTTREAS, said benefits received by each and every block, lot
and parcel of real property situated within said district equals or
exceeds the local assessment thereon; and
;JMREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement, exclu:.ive of
interest is 47,500;
T =i ;t�PORE, it is now ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little flock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That the several blocks, lots ana parcels or real
property in said Sewer Improvement District ivo.95 be and they are
hereby assessed according to the assessment lint for said improve e at
district as the same now remains in the office of the City Clerk of
the City of Little Rock, and as t__e same may be annually re- adjusted,
and that seven percentum of said assessment of the value of benefit
to each of said bloc'-,Cs, lots and parcels of land shall be -paid annually
on or be-��ore the first day of February of the years 1925 to 1930:, oth
years inclusive until the whole of said local a::ses. -ment shall be paid.

in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall
ee in full force and effect from and after its passage.
