SECTION 1. That the Board of Public is htaeby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with the
Little Rock Baseball association for the ,,,se of "avanaugh
Field for professional baseball for a period of five years
beginning with the baseball season of 1925 and ending at
the close of the baseball season of 1929,for and ii;
consideration of the same considerations stipulated in
the I= x3mcft contract between these parties which
expired at the close of the 192,4 baseball season.
SECTION 2.That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith -are hereby repealed,and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage.
