AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE 1 7 :.T3 OF THE CITY PARK
AID FAIR GROUNDS , AT1D FOR OTHER IFURPOS ES .
BE IT ORDAITPED BY 'T'Iy CI`T'Y COUNCIT, OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. That from and after the passage of this
ordinance the tract of land lying ;lest of the State
Hospital for nervous Piseases,and purchased by the
City of Kittle Rock for park and fair purposes be
known and referred to as "Fair Park.
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in confIict herewith are hereby -repealed only insofar
as they conflict lijith tail ordinances,and t is
ordinance shall be in full force and ef.-'ect from and
after its passage.
