1E IT ORD'1INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF T:ITTLT ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the sum of $500.00 or as much thereof
as may be necessary for the purchase of turn -out suits and
helmets for use of the Fire Department is hereby a-::propriated
out of any money or moneys in the General Revenue Fund not
otherwise appropriated.
SECTION 2. The Board of Public Aff, -irs is hereby authorized
and directed to enter into contract for the purchase of turn-
out suits and helmets to the extent of $500.00,and the Mayor
and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to issue
wattant s to the firm yui th tiahom contract is made, said warrant
or warrants to bear such maturity or maturities as the
Mayor and City* Clem may in their judgment deem for the best
interests of the city.
aECTION 3. Vi at this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its oassa�ie.
