WH.:RITAS, more than ten owners of real property within
that portion of Little Rock, l�ulaski County, Arkansas, hereinafter
described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps tow4rd
making of local improvements therein by for,nin` the territory
hereinafter described into an im- orovement district for the pur-
poses hereinafter set out.

S 0TION 1: That said Street Improvement District Igo.
411 of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby
created and established for the purpose of making local improve-
ments therein by grading, draining, curbing, guttering and paving
in such manner and with such materials as the commissioners of
said district shall determine to be for the best interests of
the district, the following street:
Pulaski Street from the south property line of West
Capitol Avenue to the north n_ roperty line of "lest
14th Street,
in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in accordance ,,rith an Act
of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled, "An
Act to Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First Class ",
approved March 22, 1881, and amendments thereto; that the bound-
aries of said district shall include the following property:
All that real property lying within 150 feet east
of the east prd -erty line and all that real property
lying within 150 feet west of the west property line,
respectively, of Pulaski Street from the south pro-
perty line of «♦est Capitol Avenue to the north pro-
perty line of Wiest 14th Street.

Section 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage, and the City Clerk is hereby ordered within
twenty days from the date of its passage to publish the same
in some ner-7-spaper published in the City of Little Rock for
one insertion.
