WHEREAS, more .than ten owners of real property
within that portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas herein-
after described, have petitioned she city council to tame steps
towards making local improvements therein by forming the territory
hereinafter described into an improvement district for the purposes
hereinafter set out:
THE-riEF-z, Be it Ordained by the City
Council of the City of Little mock:
Section 1. That said Street Improvement
District No. 413 of the City of Little mock, be, and the same is
hereby created and established for the purpose of making local
improvements therein by grading, draining, curbing, guttering
and the paving of said streets in such a manner and with such
material as the commissioners of said District shall deem to be for
the best interests of the district, the following streets in said
city:
Thayer Street from the south line of
Markham Street, thence south for a
distance of 860 feet;
Fountain Street from the south line
of Markham Street, thence south for a
distance of 606.6 feet;
Grove Circle from the east curb line of
Thayer Street, ti:enQe west 498.5 feet
to the west curb line of Fountain Street;
all in the city of Little mock, Arr:ansas, in accordance with an
act of the General Assembly of the State of Ari:ansas entitled "An
Act to regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the Fir st Class ",
pproved I'aarch 22,1881, and amendments thereto; that the boundaries

of the district shall include all real property bounding and abutting
on the above portions of said streets, as follows : -
Lots one (1) and two (2) and nineteen (19) to
twenty -six (26), inclusive, of Block Three (3), Young's Part
Addition to the City of Little Rock,Ar4ansas.
All of Block Two (2) with the exception of Lots
four (4) and five (5) Young's Park. Addition to the City of
Little Bock,Arnansas.
1! Lots nine to twenty -two (9 to 22), inclusive, of
Block One (1) , Young's Par.: Addition to the City of Little Bock,
which includes _:nudson's Sub - division of Lots Twenty (20),twenty-
iione (21) and twenty -two (22) of said block..
Lots nine to sixteen (9 to lo), inclusive, of
Block Four (4), of Capitol View addition to the City= Of Little
Rock, Arkansas, located directly east of and abutting on Thayer
.Street.
Lots Nine to sixteen (9 to lo), inclusive, of
Block Five (5), Capitol View Addition to the City of Little dock,
Arkansas, located directly east of and abutting on Thayer Street
Zection 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict 1111erewith are hereby repealed and this
ordinance wall ta_e effect and be in force from and after its
passage, and the City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days
from the date o its passage to publish the same in some news-
