AP? ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2100.00, OR AS MUCH THEREOF AS
MAY BE N^CESSARY, FOR THE PURCHASE OF 1500 FEET OF EUREKA
PARAGON BRAND FIRE HOSE, AND MFOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $2100.00, or as much thereof as may
be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated out of any
moneys in the BEeneral Revenue find, not otherwise appropriated,
for the purpose of purchasing 1500 feet of Eureka Paragon Brand
Fire Hose for the Fire Department, the said purchase to be made by
the Board of Public affairs from the Eureka Fire Hose Company and
the Mayor and City Cleric are hereby authorized and directed to
draw the city's warrant in the sum of $2100.00, or as much thereof
as may be necessary, made payable to the Eureka Fire. Hose Company
and with maturity at such time as in their discretion may be for the
best interest of the city.
