SEC'�ION 1. That "ection X838 of Hale's Di,,est of
City Ordinances be and the same is hereby amended by a,'ding
t'iereto the following:
"Provided further, that every person, firm or corporation
who builds or constructs any dwelling house in the City
of Little -ock, -,which is located within three huilidred feet
of a sewer and has city water available, shall be required
to connect the same with the sewer and to install one or
more toilets, approved by the health de- nartment, without
notice from the city, and the construction and use of a
surface privy for any such building shall be prima facie
evidence of violation of this ordinance."
This ordinance shall take effect a-d be in force from
and after its passage.
