Section 1. That the Board of public Iffdirs be and the same is
hereby authorized to renew the lease of certain ci t,'r nroner. tir,
bounded on the south by the rinht of way of r °issouri Pacific ?Rai -
,( way Company, on the east by the West side of Scott Street, and.
running west 200 feet and extending to the river on the north,
to G.. A. Leiper & Company, the said lease ±xxJffxx:kxa= not to ex-
tend for any longer period of time than does the lease to V. J.
Siesel & Company of property east of Scott Street.
Section &. Jtkaaxx xxxxxk.111 ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as
they affect this ordinance and this ordinance shall take effect
from and after it:: passage.
