AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERMISSION TO THE C. J. LINCOLN
COMPANY TO ERECT A CORRUGATED IRON WAREHOUSE ON CERTAIN
PROPERTY, LEASED BY. SAID G. J. LINCOLN COMPANY -?ROM =1
CITY OF LITTLE :HOCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIT"'LE ROCK:
Section 1. Permission is hereby
granted to the C. J. Lincoln Company to erect a corrugated
iron warehouse on a certain strip of ground bounded on the
south by the railroad right -of -way, on the west by the east
line of Louisiana Street extended, on the east by a line
parallel with and one hundred and fifty (1�0) feet east of
said east line of Louisiana P`treet, and extending on the
north to the Arkansas River, and the City Engineer is
authorized to issue permit therefor on payment of usual
fees by the C. J. Lincoln Company.
Section 2. All ordinances and
parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed only insofar as to permit the erection of this
building at the location above given.
