STREET TO 28th STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIT OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The Arkansaw Water Company is hereby order-
ed and directed to install an 8" line westward in 26th Street from
Izard Street to Cross Street, and thence southward on Cross Street
to 28th Street and to install stadard Ludlow Fire Hydrants at the
followin- locations.
Northwest corner of 26th and Chester
Northwest corner of 26th and Ringo
Northwest corner of 26th and Cross
Northwest corner of 27th and Cross
Northwest corner of 28th arid. Cross
Section 2: This extension and hydrants are ordered in
accordance with Section 8 of Ordinance No. 3290, passed August
13, 1923, and as amended by Ordinance No. 3442, passed PKarch
24 1) 1924.
Section 3: That all ordinances, or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only in so far as they
conflict with this ordinance.
Section 4: T-is ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
