S_?.OTION 1. That Paragraph 3 of Section 881 of Halets Digest
of City Ordinances be and the same is hereb-
y amended to read as follows:
"All privies hereafter used in the City of Littleiiock
shall be provided with a special sanitary can complying
with the following specifications: The can shall be 142
in. high by 15 in. in diameter, containing about 10
gallons, of 24 gauge Arrt,,�/o galvanized iron, made water
proof by soldering and provided with two handles. ''very
privy shall also be provided with a seat cover fastened
by hinges, and so arranged as to fall down promptly when
released."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in effect from and after
its pas sage.
