AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF ONE THOUSAND
DOLLARS,OR AS MUCH THERBDF AS MAY BE NECESSARY,
FOR THE PAYMENT OF BALANCE OF FEE Ltd' C.E.SUITH &
CO IUANY IN STREET CARK I FARE CASE
BE IT ORDAINEI BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH.E CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the sum of one thousand dollars, or as much
t':e reof as may be necessary is he reb -y appropriated out of any
money or moneys in the general revenue fund not otherwise
appropriated for the payment of the balance of fee due C.E. Smith
& Company, Consulting Engineers of 5t.L0uiB,Miss0u1i for services
rendered the Ci V of Little Rock in fighting the increase in
stre at car fare, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized aryl directed to execute the city's warrant or
warrants ir, the sum of one thousand dollars with such maturity
or MatuTities as in their judgment they deem to the best interests
of the c it Y.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they conflict with
this )xdinanoe, and this ordinance shall be in full f=ce cnd
effect from and after its passage.
