"An Ordinance Reducing the Rate of Collection
of Assessment of Benefits in Street Improvement District
No. 244.11
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIC CITY COUNCIL, CITY Or l:ITTLE ROCK,
APL{ANSAS :
Section 1. That the City Collector be, and he is
hereby, ordered and. required to collect for the yea-r° 1925
eight and one - fourth per cent-am (84%) of the assessment
of benefits on each lot, block, parcel or other sub-
division of real property within Street Improvement
District No. 244; said collection to be made on or before
the 17th day of April, 1925.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed., and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
