THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK INTO A SEWER

MEEREAS, more than ten owners of real property in that
portion of the City of Little hock, in the State of Arkansas,
hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council to
tale steps to:rard the r:.,ahing of a local improvement in said
city by forming said territory into a local improvement district
for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little lock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That all of the real property situate within
the following boundaries, to -grit:
Begin at a Point where the east boundary line (extended)
f of lot 7 in block 1, in Twencen addition intersects the north
boundary line of the right of way of the Chicago, ?lock Island
Pacific Railway Company, thence go north along said east
boundary line (extended) of lot 7 to the northeast corner of
lot 13 in block 3 in Chattanooga :=addition thence go west along
the north boundary line (extended) of lots 1, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,
10, 11, 12, and 13, in block 3, in aid Chattanooga Addition
to the point where said line intersects the center line of
Arch Street; thence go north along the center line of Axcn
Street to the point where said line intersects the center line
of 31st Street; thence go west along the center line of 31st
` Street to the point where said line intersects the center line
of State Street, thence go south along the center line of S. `e
Street to the Point where said lire intersects the center AM e
of the street which. passes along the north side of Mock < in
400dlawn ,addition; thence go west along the center line o€'said
street to the point where said line intersects the center line of
Izard Street (west of block 5 in Ebendale Addition); thence go
north along the center line of Izard Street to the point where
said lire intersects the center line of 32nd Street; thence go
east along the center line of 32nd Street to the point where said
lire intersects the center line (extended) of the alley that
k passes through blocks 4 and 3 in Ebendale Addition; thence go
north along the center line(extended) of said alley to the point
where said line intersects the center line of 30th Street;
thence go hest along the center line of 30th Street to the point
where said line intersects the center line oftYulton Street
(being the street that passes along the east side of block 2 in
Park Hill Addition); thence go north along the center line of
said Fulton Street to the point where said line intersects the
north boundary line (extended) of bloc_: 28 in Kimball's South
Park: Addition; thence go west along said north boundary line
(extended) to the point wheree same intersects the center line of

the center line of 30th Street; thence go east along
the center line of 30th Street to the point where said
line intersects the center line of Chester Street;
thence go south along the center lire of Chester Street
to the point where said line intersects the south
boundary line (extended) of lot 3 in block 29 in
Braddocks Boulevard Addition; thence go east along the
south boundary line (extended) of said lot 3 to the
southeast corner of said lot 3; thence go south along
the east boundary line (extended) of lots 4, 5, 6, and
7, in said block 29,to the point where said line inter-
sects the center "line of 32nd Street; thence go east
along the center line of 32nd Street to the point where
said line intersects the center line of Fulton Street
(being, the street that passes along; the east side of
said block 29); thence qo south along the center line of
said Fulton Street to the point where said line
intersects the south boundary line (extended) of block 10
in 4loodlawn Addition; thence So east along Said south
boundary line (extended)to the point where saga !he
intersects the north boundary line of the right of way
of the Chicago, stock Island & Pacific Railway Yonpany;
thence ;o in a northeasterly direction along the north
boundary line of said railway company to the point of
beginning,
�be and the same is hereby laid off into a local improvement
district for the purpose of installing a system of sanitary
sewers, including all necessary manholes flush tanks, septic
tanks, pipe lines, and outlets, land such disposal arrangements
as may be necessary and all other work that may be necessary for
the successful contruction thereof, and for the purpose of
extending said system beyond the boundaries of the district for
outlets at such points and in such manner as may be found
necessary; all of sane to be located in the places •and to be of
V such materials and dimensions and to be placed in such manner as
the commissioners to be aypointed may deem for the best interest
of the district; and that said district be designated as Sewer
Improvement District to. 102 of the City of Little lock,
Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
