AN ORDINANCE GRAYTING PERMISSION TO RAY MZXXX ROBINSON
TO INSTALL A GASOLINE PUMP IN THE REAR OF 1215 MAIN
STREET, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE JTY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That permission be and the same is hereby granted
to Ray Robinson to install a gasoline pump in the rear of 1215
Main Street, under supervision of the City Engineer; the said
pump is to be used only in connection with the shop of Ray
Robinson Motors and the s&d Ray Robinson is to pay to the City
Collector one dollar #x02($1.00) per month.
Section 2. All ordinancedor parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they affect this
ordinance and this ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage.
