1:n Ordinance Y,ssessinE the Value of the Benefits to be Received
by the Owners of each of the Several Blocks, Lots and Parcels
of Land "ilithin Street Improvement District No. X05 of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
`f�, the majority in value of the property owners
adjoining the locality to be affected and situated within
Street Improvement District pro. 405 of the City of Little hock,
z,rkansas, organized for the purpose of making local iraprovements
therein by paving with concrete base and asphalt surface, the
following streets lying within said district:
Crestwood Drive from the east side of Prospect avenue to the
east side of Beech street, and
Jackson, ITonroe, Spruce, Palm and Beech streets from the
south side of Cantrell Road to the north side of Crestwood Drive,
and all intersections of aforesaid streets.
Have petitioned the City Council of Little Rock for the
construction of said improvement and that the cost thereof stall
be assessed upon the real property within said district according
to the benefits received; and
�J_ EEMAS, said benefits received by each and every block, lot
and parcel of real property situated trithin said district ecuals
or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and
',VHE,M-j,S, the estimated cost of said improvement, exclusive of
interest, is `35,376.

of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That the several blocks, lots and parcels of real
property in
said Street Improvement
District

hereby assessed according to the assessment
list for said improvement
district as
the same not --i remains in
the office of the City Cler_,: of
the City of
Little Rock, and as the
same may
be annually re- adjusted
. by the Board
of Assessors, and that
four (4)
percentum of said
assessment of the value of benefits to each of said blocks, lots and

parcels of land shall be paid on or before the first day of May,
1925; that seven (7) percentum of said assessment shall be paid
annually on or before the first day of Tray of each of the years
1926 to 1937 inclusive and that sir (6) percentum of said assessment
shall be paid annually on or before the first day of May of each of the
years 1938 and 1939, until the whole of said local assessment shall
be aid.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall Le
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
