JITT]REAS, more than ten owners of real property
within that portion of the City of Tittle Roc =:�, ?ulaski
County, Arkansas, hereinafter described, have petitioned
the City Council to take steps toward the making of local
im�Drovements therein by forming a territory, hereinafter
described, into an i-,nprovement district for the purposes
hereinafter set out,
TI-sTRErO FIE , BE IT ORDAIIED by the City Council of VIE,
City of Little Rock:
Section 1. That Street Improvement District Yo. 419
of the City- of Tittle Rock be, and the same is hereby,
created and established for the purpose of making local
improvements therein by grading, draining, curbing, `Uttering
and paving, in such manner and with such materials as the
eomnissioners of said district shall determine to be for the
best interests of said district, the following street:
bluest Eighth Street from the west
line of Broad-way to the east line
of Thayer Avenue
in the City of Tittle Rock, Ar7-lansas, in accordance with an
Act of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled,
"An Act To Regulate Local Im_)rovements In Cities Of The First
Glass ", a-oproved Karch 22, 1881, and amendments, thereto;
that the boundaries of said district shall in3lude
the following property:
All that real property lying
within one hundred fifty (150)
feet no th of the north property
line, and, all that real property
lying within one hundred fifty (150)
feet south of the south property
line, respectively, of West Ei-hth
Street from the west lire of Broad-
way to the east line of Thayer
Avenue.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are 'ereby repealed, and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passa;e,and. the City Clerk is ordered, within twenty
days from the date of its passa -e, to publish the same in
some newspaper p-uolishecl in the City of Little Rock for one
insertion.
