ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT KITH THIS ORDINANCE ONLY INSOFAR AS THEY CON-
FLICT NITH THE OPERATION OF THIS ORDINANCE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI ^Y OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1 - That permission be, and the same is hereby
granted L. E. Whitmore to erect a two -story brick building 80 x 100
feet on the northwest corner of West Capitol Avenue and Arch Street„
and being the East 80 feet of Lots 6 and 7, Block 126 of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, and to construct in the southeast corner of
said building, a Drive -in Tire Service Station and Gasoline Filling
Station, to be of neat and pleasing design and of substantial con-
struction, and the City Engineer be, and he is hereby authorized and
directed to issue permit therefor upon filing of necessary plans and
specifications, if required, and upon payment of the regularly re-
quired building permit fee.
SECTION 2 - Any and all other ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby revealed only insofar as they conflict with the
operation of this ordinance, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage.
