BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIFF CITY OF LITTLE, ROCK.

SECTION 1. That the sum of :2914.73 beAa;ppropriated,/ out of any
moneys in the General Fund not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose of
paying fiscal agent fees to the Union Trust Company, Fiscal Agent, for
securing an extension of time for the payment of city warrants to April 13,
1925, and the Mayor and "'ity Ulerk are hereby authorized and directed to
draw the city's warrant in the sum of 6,2914.73, made payable to the Union
Trust Company, and with such maturity as in their discretion is for the
best interest of the city.
