BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK: %

SECTION 1. That the Board of Public Affairs hereby
authorized and directed to contract for the sale of
All of Block 1, and Lots 7,8,9,10 & 11 of chaer's
Addition to the City of North Little Rock, r '.pans as ,
same being the property of the City of Little- Rock,
and they are hereby further authorized and directed
to execute deed to herein described property to the
par t7 or parties to whom sold , and they are further
authorized and .directed to have abstract covering
said property prepared and brought down to darte,and
to incur any and all other necess °ry expense to
perfect the title thereto and to consnmate the sale
thereof.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, -ind this ordinance
shell be in full force and effect -from and after its
passage.
