Gentlemen:
I, M. A. Stone, property owner of the City of Little Rock, recognizing
that an ordinance has been passed requiring publication of thirty day notice
of intention to build certain tvnes of buildings in certain sections of the
City of Little Rock, desire to have you grant me a special permit to erect
brick store buildings on the following locations: —
1 on the northeast corner of 12th & Cedar Sts.
1 on the northeast corner of Asher Ave. & Cedar St.
Both of these locations have commercial buildings already there or nearby.
If this special permit can be granted, I can secure two good
tenants for same. Otherwise thirty days delay might cause me to lose these
same tenants.
