Section 1. That nine per centum (9 ) of the assess—
meat of benefits in. said Street Improvement District No.
9, as the same now remains in the office of the City
Clerk of the City of Tittle Rock, be paid on or before
April 17, 1925.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordit-ance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
