ORDINANCE # 379.
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING PERP;ISSION TO CU111:INS RATCS:IFFE
TO R11TODEL THE, BUILDING AT 1004 SCOTT STREET INTO
APARTMENTS AND TO ERECT GARAGES IN THE. REAR TN :REOF,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TKE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That permission be, and the same is hereby
granted to Cummins Ratcliffe to remodel the building at 1004
Scott Street into apartments and to erect private garaPes in the
rear thereof.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinancesin
conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they affect
this ordinance.
